The new name, Cedar Square, reflects on the company’s first investment which was located on Cedar Street, the word “Square” represents the firm’s commitment to elevating urban environments through innovative real estate investments.

While Ascent Real Estate Capital transitions to Cedar Square, Ascent Real Estate Partners and Ascent Housing will continue operating under the Ascent brand, maintaining their existing operations.
