    Cedar Square is developing a 240-unit apartment community with 1,500 SF of ground-floor commercial space in the Montford Park neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. The Montford Park submarket has emerged as one of the Charlotte’s most active neighborhoods. Centro Montford will be adjacent to the Cross-Trail Greenway and walkable to dozens of restaurants, retail, and nightlife venues.

  • 2417 N Tryon and 2729 N Tryon Charlotte, NC 28206

    The Northend Retail Portfolio includes two unanchored retail centers, 2417 N Tryon and 2729 N Tryon, in the North End Corridor of Charlotte, NC.

    With a combined total of 22,400 SF, these properties are strategically positioned in one of Charlotte’s most active multifamily corridors. Over the past few years, more than 3,000 residential units have been delivered within a mile and a half of our new locations, with an additional 2,000 units currently under construction or proposed.

  • 933 Louise Ave Charlotte, NC 28204

    Cedar Square and joint venture partner, PointBlank Ventures, acquired 933 Louise Ave in June 2024. This 63,000-square-foot mixed-use center is in the vibrant Belmont neighborhood of Charlotte, NC.

    Cedar Square plans to implement significant improvements to The Sugar Mill to bolster the property’s appeal and functionality and ensure it remains a cornerstone of the local community.

  • 4600 Swan Meadow Ln, Charlotte, NC 28226

    Cedar Square, in partnership with Beauxwright, acquired a parcel in January 2024 with a plan to provide 76 pad-ready townhome lots in South Charlotte. Cedar Square has chosen TriPointe Homes to construct the townhomes, and this project marks Cedar Square’s first for-sale townhome project.

  • 100 Dalton Ave, Charlotte, NC 28206

    Cedar Square acquired a 2-acre parcel in March 2022. Cedar Square successfully rezoned the parcel in August 2023 to allow for 275-units of multifamily construction.

  • 8900 NorthPointe Executive Park Dr, Huntersville, NC 28078

    Cedar Square and joint venture partner, Redline Property Partners, acquired Birkdale Point Executive Business Park in April 2023. The park consists of four buildings totaling over 200,000 SF of office space and is located in the rapidly expanding Lake Norman submarket.

    Cedar Square and Redline oversaw significant capital improvements and renovations to the building’s exteriors, amenities, lobbies, common areas, and restrooms, all of which were completed in Q4 2024. The property was rebranded from Northpointe Business Park to Birkdale Point to better reflect its adjacency to Birkdale Village.  Additionally, the partners recently sold a vacant outparcel to a hotel developer.

  • 4009 Connection Point Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28212

    Cedar Square, in partnership with Beauxwright, acquired a 3-acre lot in March 2023 with a plan to build 58 luxury built-to-rent townhomes. The property offers residents an excellent location at the gateway of the MoRa district, unmatched connectivity via direct access to both Monroe Road and US-74, and a host of services and amenities through its location adjacent to a mixed-use retail center.

  • 511 E 36th St, Charlotte, NC 28205

    Cedar Square purchased a retail block in the heart of NoDa in September 2016. Built in the 1940s, the 28,000 SF property is one of Charlotte's landmark retail, restaurant and nightlife destinations.

  • 719 East 36th St. Charlotte, NC 28205

    Cedar Square is developing a luxury mixed-use project with 209 apartment units and 11,000 SF of ground-floor retail space. Walkable to the NoDa 36th Street Light Rail Station, the site is one of the last available “institutionally sized” multifamily sites in the heart of NoDa.

  • 3609 South Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28209

    In January 2018, Cedar Square acquired a 30,000 SF shopping center in the dynamic South End corridor. The property had been renovated, re-tenanted, and is 100% occupied. In 2019, Cedar Square acquired and renovated a neighboring 6,500 SF building that is now home to Goldie’s.

    53,000 SF office/retail property acquired and successfully repositioned by Cedar Square and Beauxwright.

  • 471 Mercantile Pl, Fort Mill, SC 29715

    In 2022, Cedar Square purchased 2.0 acres of land located in the Springfield Town Center of Fort Mill, SC. The partnership developed a 17,500 SF daycare facility currently occupied by Oakcrest Preparatory Academy.

  • 14732 Lancaster Hwy, Pineville, NC 28134

    In 2019, Cedar Square purchased a 3.5-acre tract of land near the intersection of Lancaster Highway and Ballantyne Commons Parkway. The partnership developed a 17,200 SF daycare and 8,500 SF medical office pad. Ballantyne Oakcrest Preparatory Academy, a best-in-class daycare operator, anchors the development.

  • 413 Dalton Ave, Charlotte, NC 28206

    Cedar Square and Tribek Properties completed construction on a transformative redevelopment project at I-277 and N. Graham Street. The project consists of 42,000 RSF of creative office and retail space in 1950s-vintage masonry buildings. Tenants include AME Consulting Engineers, Petty Thieves Brewing Co, The Bolt Group, Sparx Marketing, Crown Town Animal Hospital, and Mr. Charles Chicken.

  • 629 Pressley Rd, Charlotte, NC 28217

    In 2021, Cedar Square acquired a 12,000 SF light-industrial building located in the Southwest Charlotte submarket. Consisting of 3.1 acres, the property is strategically located off of I-77, with dual access points at Clanton Road and South Tryon Street. In addition, the property is located less than 10 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport and Uptown Charlotte. The property is currently leased to SNAPP USA, a stainless steel and nickel alloy piping distributor.

  • 222 West Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28203

    Following the success of Centro Railyard, Cedar Square and joint venture partner, Centro Cityworks teamed up again to develop a 132-unit apartment community with 7,300 SF of ground-floor commercial space. The project is a part of The Square, a mixed-use development bringing 150,000 SF of Class A office space to South End.

    Cedar Square and its joint venture partner, Centro Cityworks, developed a boutique 91-unit apartment community with 13,000 SF of ground-floor commercial space. The project is a part of The Railyard, a landmark mixed-use development bringing 300,000 SF of Class A office space to the heart of South End.

    In June 2018, Cedar Square purchased 10,800 SF of commercial space in the FreeMoreWest submarket of Charlotte. The property was successfully sold to an end user in September 2020.

    In January 2016, Cedar Square acquired a 33,000 SF adaptive reuse property in Uptown. Within 18 months, the property was strategically vacated, rebranded, and fully re-tenanted.

    48-unit apartment building nestled in Charlotte's Optimist Park neighborhood. Developed in 2017 as a collaboration between Cedar Square and Beauxwright. Located across from Parkwood Station (Lynx Light Rail), 300 Optimist Park offers high-quality urban apartments with easy access to Uptown and University City.
